Ciphey International Limited is interested in trans-cultural learning beyond local borders. Leadership-Enterprise Tourism is a research-based travel programme for young diplomats and upcoming entrepreneurs who wish to break the limits of usual and local borders to extend the frontiers of knowledge in Tourism and Enterprise. This is a premium project that costs N65,000 under Project Eleven. Outstanding CIL scholars may be considered to benefit from it at very low charges.
