The Annual Honours Awards are for icons of leadership, creativity and social impact. While academic prowess is encouraged, it is not the main focus of the the Annual Honours Awards, since most institutions have enough windows of recognition for the academic icons. Office holders at any level at all are eligible to make their entries for CIL Annual Honours Awards. Candidates who do not hold any formal office but have made significant inputs into leadership and creativity for social impact are eligible to apply since our focus is on students and non-students who are making inputs into leadership and creativity for social impact.
